Terra Real States LLC, operating under the trade name Atem Innova (“the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), is responsible for processing the personal data collected through ateminnova.com, our digital products (including Chattia, TronCoach, Suite S5, and Sosprime / 100K Jobs), and our pages and applications on Meta / Facebook and Instagram.

1.2 Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

a) Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, company, job title, and any message sent through our contact forms, WhatsApp, or email.

b) Facebook / Meta login data: when you log in to or interact with one of our apps or pages using your Facebook account, we may receive your public name, email address, profile photo, and user ID, strictly according to the permissions you authorize at that time.

c) Usage and browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

d) Advertising interaction data: clicks, conversions, and interactions with our ads on Meta / Facebook and Instagram, through Meta Pixel and/or the Conversions API.

1.3 How we use the information

We use the collected data to: provide, support, and improve our services and products; respond to inquiries and requests; manage, measure, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta / Facebook (including conversion measurement and the creation of custom or lookalike audiences); send communications related to requested services; and comply with legal and contractual obligations.

1.4 Cookies and tracking technologies

We use Meta Pixel, web analytics tools, and first- and third-party cookies to understand how our site is used and to measure the performance of our advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings and manage your ad preferences directly in the “Ad Preferences” section of your Facebook account.

1.5 Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We may share information with: Meta Platforms, Inc., for advertising and measurement purposes, subject to Meta’s own privacy policies; technology service providers (hosting, CRM, automation) under confidentiality agreements; and competent authorities when required by law.

2.1 Acceptance of terms

By using our website, our products (Chattia, TronCoach, Suite S5, Sosprime / 100K Jobs, among others), or by interacting with our pages or applications on Meta / Facebook, you accept these Terms of Service.

2.2 Description of service

Atem Innova (Terra Real States LLC) is a technology company offering artificial intelligence solutions, process automation, conversational agents, digital product development (MVPs), and B2B commercial services in real estate, sales automation, software development, and content creation.

2.3 Acceptable use

The user agrees not to use our services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of third parties, and not to attempt to compromise the security of our platforms or systems.

2.4 Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials available on our site and products are the property of Terra Real States LLC (operating as Atem Innova) or its respective licensors, and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.

2.5 Third-party access

When access to our services is done through login with Facebook / Meta or other external providers, the user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for the use made of their account.

2.6 Limitation of liability

Our services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or services.

2.7 Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our products or features at any time, without any liability to the user.

2.8 Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ecuador and the United States, as relevant to the specific contractual relationship with each client or user.

3. User Data Deletion

3.1 Your right to delete your data

You may request the complete deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time, including data obtained through Facebook / Meta login.

3.2 How to request deletion

Send an email to lemont@ateminnova.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request,” including your full name and the email address or account associated with the request. We will process your request and delete your data from our active systems within a maximum of 30 days, unless the law requires certain information to be retained longer.

3.3 Confirmation

Once the process is complete, we will send you an email confirmation that your data has been deleted.

3.4 Deletion via Facebook

If you wish to revoke our app’s access to your Facebook account, you can do so from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, by removing the corresponding app. This action may also automatically generate a data deletion request in accordance with Meta Platform policies.

We may update this page periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
